What to Write to Us About
Most of the messages we receive fall into one of these areas, and all of them are welcome:
Corrections and clarifications — If something we have published is factually incorrect, outdated, or misleading, please let us know. We take accuracy seriously, especially on topics like PAN deadlines, tax rules, and BBPS policy changes where errors cause real confusion.
News tips and updates — If you are aware of a government notification, RBI update, Income Tax Department circular, or platform change that we have not yet covered, we want to hear about it.
Retailer and CSC operator queries — If you run a PAN centre, BBPS kiosk, or digital services outlet and have a question about something we have reported, feel free to write in.
Coverage suggestions — Topics you think we should cover, services we have not explained clearly, or gaps in our current content.
General editorial questions — Anything related to how we work, what we cover, and why.
We do not handle PAN card applications, Aadhaar linking, or government services directly. For those, please visit the relevant official portals — utiitsl.com, incometax.gov.in, or uidai.gov.in.
